Built on trust. Governed by responsibility.
The integrity of an investment network depends on more than its intentions. It requires clear responsibilities, appropriate controls, documented processes and respect for the rights and decisions of the people involved.
Aaron & Hur Angel Network is committed to operating within its approved framework and maintaining a disciplined approach to participant engagement and opportunity facilitation.
Our governance principles
-
01
Defined roles and responsibilities
Participants should understand their role, authority and obligations within the network. No participant should represent that they have authority they have not been granted.
-
02
Independent investment decisions
Investors make their own investment decisions and are responsible for their own assessment of opportunities, including due diligence and the risks of potential loss.
-
03
Appropriate information handling
Information received through the network should be handled responsibly, accessed only for appropriate purposes and shared only where authorised and appropriate.
-
04
Conflicts of interest
Relevant actual, potential or perceived conflicts should be disclosed through the appropriate process and managed in accordance with the applicable policies and arrangements.
-
05
Responsible communications
Participants must communicate accurately and must not make unauthorised representations, promise investment outcomes or misstate the status of an opportunity.
-
06
Accountability and records
Relevant interactions, decisions and authorisations should be documented in accordance with the network's operating procedures and applicable obligations.
-
07
Compliance and oversight
The network and its participants must operate within applicable laws, regulatory requirements and the approved operating framework.

The availability of an introduction or opportunity through Aaron & Hur Angel Network does not establish that an investment is suitable, safe, independently verified in every respect or likely to succeed.
Past performance, where applicable, is not a guarantee of future results. No return should be assumed or relied upon unless it is expressly set out in valid transaction documentation\u2014and even contractual obligations may carry counterparty and enforcement risks.
Governance and continuous improvement
We recognise that a credible network requires ongoing attention to the way it operates. Our governance framework is intended to support responsible participation, appropriate controls, consistent communication and continuous improvement as the network develops.
